Is there a payment plan available ?

Yes, we offer a phased payment plan to make the investment more manageable. A €10,000 deposit secures your reservation, followed by structured payments throughout the construction process, with the final payment due upon completion.

To purchase property, you will need a valid passport, proof of funds or financing, and a signed purchase agreement. A local notary will guide you through any additional documentation required based on the specifics of your transaction.

How long does the buying process take ?

The process typically takes between 6 weeks and 3 months, depending on factors such as financing, the complexity of the sale, and the involvement of legal representatives. In some cases, delays can extend the process, but 3 months is generally the maximum time frame.
